Through a series of landmark decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court, the right to counsel has been extended to all criminal prosecutions, state or federal, felony or misdemeanor, that carry a sentence of imprisonment. Mr. Kamionski offers decades of experience in the practice of law, and is licensed in both the State of California as well as the District of Columbia. Mr. Kamionski is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the California Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, as well as some eight federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Kamionski has personally appeared in approximately twenty oral arguments before appellate tribunals. Mr. Kamionski has also been asked to sit as a temporary Judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
